If you ever want to experience Detective Conan in a small dose, all of the movies are great and I think it's a worthwhile experience to at least watch one. I was over the moon when I saw he dropped this growing up with it myself.

I myself read the first 9 or so volumes & had no idea Rustage was such a big fan so this was rap was a fun surprise to see in my Spotify notifications. I stopped when I did because I realized the goal of the series was not what I was expecting since the first few chapters made me think overarching mystery instead of just setup for a "mystery of the week" series that just plans to go as long as the author felt like. Not a bad mystery genre to be, just not what I was personally looking for.

There is an overarching mystery and it has come to the forefront more and more. We recently learned the identity of the #2 in the Organization and a lot of the threads are coming together now.
