the Creator admitted that Deadpool actually just started as a parody of DeathStroke, but people liked him so they continued using him.

The "five lines in the trilogy" is a layer deeper, because Boba Fett (voiced by Ray William Johnson) appeared in the third Hitler v Vader rap, and only got out 5 lines. One of which was "aaaah" when Hitler shot him.

They got two guys to play the characters so that they could be more phisical, and then NicePeter and EpicLoyd dubbed the rap lines over the moves, so that's why they are so good

I believe that Lloyd and Pete voiced the battle, but because the battle was between 2 characters without lips, so to speak, they brought in dancers for visual flavor.

Ngl, I gonna say that Boba Fett won. He had the better lines where Deadpool had personality and one liners.

the last bar about disintegration is also about a mandalorian weapon we see used in mandalorian. boba fett also had this weapon but Vader told him explicitly no disintegrations.

The disintegration line is also a reference to the fact that Boba Fett was known for disintegrating adversaries. To the point where Darth Vader has to specify “no disintegrations” when hiring various bounty hunters (Fett included) to hunt down Han Solo and company. He even points to Fett specifically when saying it. It’s also a general warning that the targets are to be brought in alive rather than dead.

Ah. You commented on the breakdancing. Lloyd and Pete decided, since both characters were in suits with masks, to hire two professional dancers to act the parts while they did the voice over. That choice went REALLY well for these two.

This video was a surprise drop, came out about a week after a Star Wars movie, and a month before Deadpool hit theaters. Some of the bars didn’t hold up

Something to mention with the van wilder line, is this was made before the deadpool standalone movies I recall, back when ryan reynolds had only played the version of deadpool in the wolverine origins movie, i.e. the no mouth one with lazer eyes.

when deadpool said the 5 lines in the trilogy bar, he was also referencing the darth vader vs hitler battle trilogy where boba popped in and had 5 lines, and one of them was aaaaaaaahhhhhhh

Great reaction! The Deadpool saying boba Fett has 2 different voices is actually a double I'm pretty sure because George Lucas changed his voice in one of the original trilogy remasters but also the guy playing boba now in ERB is different then who played him in Hitler vs Vader 3
