Per Enrile “I have been in charge of national security before you were born” yes we remember how you lied about an ambush that precipitated the declaration of martial law. Then he turned against his boss/dictator when his own life was threatened. So sad to see Enrile continued to be in policy making and government service for a long time. And i dont understand how the Filipinos tolerated this amoral person to be in key government posts.

Watching this after 11 years, this goes to show that what is Sen. Trillanes is saying about JPE is True! That "Kapag Gusto ko isasagasa ko..." as shown on his demanor in his priviledge speech. Even having the audacity in saying to A.P. Cayetano that he was in charge in National Security long before Cayetano was even born. Short of admitting he was the Chief Architect of Martial Law.😬😏😒
