"that's what he said"... Ann, you crack me up. ^^ Such lovely work! I would have messed up so badly lol. How long did it take you to be so nice and perfect with this fine work? Btw, the baking paper sounds sooooo nice. :) and the "sauce" mixing was so relaxing, could've watched that for hours :D I sincerly don't think your prices are anywhere near expensive for the amount of work and time (and also material) that goes into it, when I peeked into your shop I was actually surprised at the prices! But I know you can never really charge what the handmade stuff worth from my mum. She is also very crafty and sells her things and when I tell her "that's worth the double price" she sais "yea I know but if I'd sell it for its actual price no one would buy anything".

I've done a very little bit of polymer clay for sculpting figures and what not. Nothing major but I'm curious, what is the cornstarch for? Does it make it stick less to the mold or is there some other purpose?

Well that was truly fascinating. There is some thing truly wonderful about the creative process. I've always wanted to be creative but alas I'm all thumbs. If I may make a suggestion - create some Pokemon items of jewellery, but obviously avoid calling them such to avoid licensing hassle. A little monster in a bottle etc. Best wishes.

Like a pendant? I am making those soon :) price depends on the time it takes me to make it also since I need to drill them. So I am not sure yet. I estimate around 30 dollars.
