I've had my eye on this gorgeous wig from Raquel Welch knowing that I would want to change up the style of it slightly - so I'm going to walk you through step by step on how to style your heat friendly synthetics! There is a bit of a learning curve, but hopefully these tips will save you a bit of frustration!

Thank you for addressing the permatease! You're exactly right about holding the curl until cool. That's one of the biggest mistakes people make in curling wigs. I also spritz mine lightly with a little water and very, very lightly with heat protectant/silicone spray before curling. The water creates a steam. I have a few Raquel Welch wigs that I have reconditioned, cut and restyled and they just keep giving!

@@KristynaMoore you’re so welcome! I even did a video on the process on my channel. A friend sent me her wig that was wearing out. I reconditioned and restyled and sent it back and she’s still wearing it. People don’t understand these heat friendly fibers need heat.

Shaded biscuit is beautiful but I found it a huge color disappointment. I hate permatease.. & looking for suggestions of Ceuta without it! I’m AN RW fan too but still not successful with anything. Love you help us try to solve the style issue! Such an expensive hobby way beyond the wig! Who knew???

I wish my editors pick and iced latte macchiato looked this blonde… I wouldn’t have sold it! Mine was more of a brown with sparse neutral blonde highlights. Not light and bright at all and I was so disappointed because I thought it would look like yours. They just don’t all look the same!

Ahh man, I hate to hear that! I've noticed variation between colors on different styles but not so much on the same style....that is such a bummer! I haven't dealt with that issue at all on my blondes....but have seen on specific styles like Current Events where NONE of the colors look the same on it!
