I'm so glad they came out with this new color. I never liked the honey sandy tones in shaded biscuit. I sometimes wear gray wigs and, believe it or not, I get my most compliments on the gray wigs. I wear the rooted ones. Maybe this is why this blond works better for me. I guess, at 70, the more ash I get the better I like it with my cool complexion. I just wish RW would come out with a rooted gray wig something like Estetica's chrome color. That is the color that I have received the most compliments on and believe me, after wearing wigs for over 25 yrs. I still appreciate all the compliments!!!!! Please Raquel, some pretty grays!!!! You do an excellent job describing your wigs, Taz and I appreciate all I have learned from you.

And here I am, wishing that Ice Latte Macchiato came in an unrooted version. My head shape & low forehead have never looked good with a shaded root, and certainly don't need attention drawn to those traits. So many ashy or cool colors by wig companies tend to go blue or green in their undertone. Ice Latte Macchiato looks like it probably goes violet, which is ideal for me. When Taz has said "powdery" in the past, it was for colors like the Milk Teas in other brands, which are other colors I'd love to try, but can't because those wig manufacturers do not offer true larges in their lines. Anyway, I'm sympathetic to what you find looks good for you, and that rooted colors appeal. Rooted colors are quite popular overall, so perhaps RW will come out with a rooted grey. Shaded Sugared Licorice is too dark for many.

Shaded Biscuit for me, and I truly believe for you too Taz (out of the 3 colors). Great review to define the depth of hues. Raquel is one of the best designers for color depth. So natural. ⚘💕👱‍♀️

Best video for color comparison! If the wig companies would simply say in the color Light-Medium Dark Ash blonde instead of all these color combos it sure would make shopping easier. For instance, Champagne blonde makes me think, it's yellow, and I cannot stand yellow or heavy gold blonde and am turned off immediately, but it's not yellow blonde. ButterBeer, that to me screams brown and yellow....see? Who'd know that was the jackpot for light ash blondes without looking at a video? 5 stars lovie!

I have also noticed that wig makers and retailers try to get down to the very strand in detail of the color, but really, as you mentioned, we just want to know if its warm, ash in overall appearance. Poking fun here.. but, I really don't care about a few strands of those "champagne baby butter soft gold butterscotch light caramel amber blonde highlights"..lol! Have a lovely day! XOXO

I agree that is seems like a lot of work for RW to essentially make a toned down Shaded Biscuit. I would have preferred that they made a rooted Pale Golden Honey instead!! I agree with you Taz when I see these side by side. Thanks for doing this! Shaded Cappuccino 12/22SS is my favorite color (on me) for RW wigs with a curl like Flirt Alert, Maximum Impact, and the Editors Pick you are wearing here. I think 12/22SS looks salt and pepper on me in the straighter styles and prefer the neighboring warmer shades for those like On Point and Nice Move. With that said: I know some of our sisters with cold undertones in their skin are absolutely craving these new icy shades. I expect Shaded Iced Latte Macchiato will sell quite well.

Been waiting for you to do this color & comparison of all THREE. You did it AGAIN! The only one missing is the Iced Cappuccino and maybe it has lost dimension as well compared to regular cappuccino (like maybe 7 colors instead of 12). Hope not. I'm soon to buy EP in one of these four colors.

Thank you my friend for solving this new color debacle. Shaded Biscuit in a side by side view truly displays the colors. I write this as I am wearing Crowd Pleaser in SB from guess who? Lol you sold me on this color which I do not see myself opting to change anytime soon. You look gorge in ALL the shades but dare I say that personally I think the shaded biscuit still wins the number 1 prize on you too. It seems brighter with more pizazz in my personal opinion. Wow what an excellent video Taz !! I prefer the Shaded Biscuit as my 1st choice, then the Iced Latte Macchiato as my 2nd from watching this. I was a natural dishwater blonde before my hair began thinning and then turning grey/platinum. I also liked a comparison of Shaded Biscuit with Pale Golden Honey that I saw from another influencer. I'm hoping to afford one of these colors as my Xmas gift to myself ! Thank you for another informative presentation ! I am thankful, and grateful for you :)

Ever since I was handed the catalog and saw the debut of Racquel in the 90s......I won't mention the actual manufacture that owns them.....but at their headquarters their technology.......for styles....cuts.......and above all colors...........salon shaded......hilited......rooted salon real hair colors.....blew my mind......and they have not disappointed since..............if i get the guts you just might see me strutting in Flirt Alert RL511 .......styled for a dude of course........in a suit and my beard....i bet I could do it !!!LOL.............colors are so real!!

Taz, you look fabulous no matter what wig and what color of wig you wear. But all the colors you show are based on silver, gray, whitish colors, for seniors with natural white/gray hair. I am 62, a senior with no gray hair at all and in no hurry to wear a wig looking gray and making me look older. Would you please model some various blonde wigs that are not mostly gray? Please, I would really love to buy blonde wigs without gray hair at all, and I love your wonderful presentations. Thank you!

It seems as though there's a filter on the vids blurring the image. Very difficult to get crisp clear separated strands visual, even at 720 or 1020 at resolution.

How do you think shaded iced latte macchiato compares to pale golden honey? Besides the obvious, rooted vs non-rooted? By the way, I think we should all rebel and refer to shaded iced latte macchiato as “shaded ILM,” pronounced “shaded eye ell em” from now on, because the actual name is ridiculous!

SuperSunjata yes, that one is their new cool grey called RL51/61 | ICED GRANITA. It would be lighter than the Iced Latte Macchiato for sure!

I wish RW had made this color even more ashy. There doesn't seem to be a grey tone color for folks who want a med brown or darker root (mixed with 20 - 30% ashy colored strands) with an ashy base (e.g. 60% grey/silver mixed with 40% med brown). Their Shaded Platinum is a yellowy base, and according to one reviewer, it's like a dark haired person bleaching their hair golden (not a very classy look on an oldie like me, who doesn't suit blonde shades and who doesn't want to look like an oldie trying hard to look out-there-young! lol). XOXO
