Hi Marlene, Love Mesmerized! I think you look beautiful in Shaded Biscuit. I too had dark bio hair in the first part of my life but mine was not pretty. When my hair started thinning in my 50’s I initially purchased dark wigs with great style & I loved them. Years back when I purchased my first light wig I always felt like I was standing out wearing a blonde wig, but now I see it was actually a medium to light brunette. Lol😄 I slowly began wearing lighter wigs & now I’ve added cool and warm blondes to my collection of brunettes & redheads in all lengths. I just wear what I want. After years of plain unappealing bio hair I am thrilled that I finally have gorgeous hair & I never have a bad hair day! I don’t care what others think- (I must admit it’s easier because my nosy nasty opinionated neighbors are gone 😁) but I only have one life & I’m not wasting any more time being careful about my hair color or style choices. I’m just having fun with wigs. 🥰🍃💐🍃

Hi Marlene, how can I tell if a wig is the partially hand tied cap with less stretch or the fully hand tied cap with more stretch? I thought that Mesmerized was fully hand tied cap. On the website it says “100% Hand Tied Base.” Can you help me by telling me how to tell the difference? Thank you so much! 🌸

Hi EA, most brands (Ellen Wille for example) will say partially hand-tied. RW doesn't do this. They say 100%... I don't know why. When I saw your question, I went to the Wigstudio1 website and looked. I think the thing to do is tap on the picture of the cap, if you look closely, you'll see in the picture the ribbing on the lower portion of the back of the cap. Retailers have to write the description provided by the manufacturer which is why it's written that way. I say it in my videos so viewers know, and I believe Eileen (Crazy Wig Lady) does the same. I'm not certain about other reviewers. I hope this helps. xoxo

Marlene, hi. I look for your reviews first when trying to decide on wigs. I’m very very new to wigs and have a lot to learn. My petite head is 20.5 with ear to ear short measurements and from to back as well. I love the longer styles and want your opinion for styles that are long, low density and lean more on the small cap size. I don’t like a lot of hair and really dislike permatease. Could you offer a couple suggestions please. Zara lite was nice but I felt like I was drowning in hair. Thanks for your help. I’m 63 so long may simply not be for me but I’ve not given up yet.

there is nothing wrong with the color on u. its fine. its an ash that doesnt look dull or greyish to me. surprisingly. i usually hate ash. 🤗🤔☺

they say the heat friendly fibers always run a bit warmer than the regular synthetic fibers. thats probably why this ash is not overly dull/ashy in a greyish or silver way. this wig is heat friendly, right.? 👍

HI Lo, that may be so. I hadn't thought about heat friendly running warmer. If you hold this color in your hand, there is some sandy blonde as low lights (that's how it appears to me)) and the ash blonde as highlights. It doesn't appear grey of dull. Yes, Mesmerized is heat friendly. xoxo

@@MarlenesWigChatStudio i learned from watching Taz's videos and others, that the HD fibers appear warmer than regular. Has to do with how the fibers take n hold the color. Plus, i bought a hd wig in butterscotch, and it was way too orangey yellow for me. But the same color in a regular synthetic looks gorgeous n perfect. Less intense and No orangeyness at all. It was the Curve Appeal wig. 🤗

Whoa, out there with Mesmerised turning you into a Glamazon, Marlene. Very nice style, I like it. I'm so glad that you gave your opinion regarding those partially hand tied caps, thank you so much. I've always been interested in Affair from Ellen Wille but the partially wefted cap has always been a tad confusing for me. It's good to know that those caps aren't as stretchy as others in particular. May I ask you what you think of the mesh covering these random wefts on the partially hand tied caps? For instance, are they durable? Do they do a good job of hiding those wefts, say, if a wind suddenly comes along and blows your hair around? Any advice from you would be much appreciated as always. Hope you've been well and taking care of yourself, lovely. 💚♥️

Hi There, Beautiful! Thank you so much for the sweet compliment. The mesh is durable. I have a few, and I haven't had any issues at all. They cover the wefts beautifully. If you didn't know it was wefts under there, most wouldn't even know it. I know because I thoroughly inspect the caps in order to provide accurate info. However, I didn't know this when I first started reviewing wigs. If the wind blows, it's just going to give the illusion of scalp and look no different from the hand-tied portion of the wig. Hi Mari! Thank you so much for stopping by! I think when we see ourselves in a certain color most of our lives (I'm a very dark brunette... like a 2B), there's a bit of an adjustment period. In my case, going from a dark brunette all my life to a blonde. I've taken baby steps, but I'm still adjusting to these light blondes. I'm getting there. Thank you for the sweet compliment! @@MarlenesWigChatStudio Thanks Marlene! That is true, and the colour is also changing the whole type of person. With dark eyes and bit light brown skin, the darker colours will fit so naturally, but blondes will let us look younger. So good to here(read) from you, i am always happy for your answers🙋🏻‍♀️if i will get somehow enough💰 i will take my son and come to visit you🤭😇 that will be our first holiday, and going to US is not the badest destination for first trip🤠 i love the US💘 dont forget- you are also a great Blondie 👱‍♀️
