Notice how from a young age they try to paint self-love in women as villainous and they equate it to narcism. Anyways growing up is realising Raquelle is the figure we should actually look up to.

Well, yes and no. While I adore Raquelle, she definitely has narcissistic tendencies, always scheming and plotting against Barbie and her Friends. There are definitely people like that who need to put others down to make themselves feel better and care about little but themselves. But she stays iconic nonetheless and we really do need to encourage self love in women

@@LilacSreya barbie loves herself too though doesn't she? she calls herself a fashion icon and isn't oblivious to the fact that she has millions of fans and admirers, the difference is she doesn't rub it in people's faces and try to put down others with it. Tho i get the point, barbie's also quite selfless and does a lot for others, but she still has traits of being quite proud of herself and her achievements

When Raquelle was having her "evil" moment while watching the gang (and pretty much everyone else) near the pool was very funny and iconic as they jumped to the legit trope for "evil people making a plan".
