Multiple Anomalies were evaluated during Routine OBS Ultrasound of fetus at 17th weeks 3 days of gestation. There was no - visulization of fetal Stomach bubble. Abdominal wall was absent. There was hump in the thoracic spine. Fetal Brain was seems to be normal.
Later on further investigations. Gyneacologist advised patient for induced abortion.
Fetus was out and findings were correctly diagnosed as "Limb Body wall Complex" Consisting
