OMG almost 50 years ago this legend predicted that there is no future he sees of music and singers the way as people who used to preserve the art are no more exist and that’s exactly happening now . His words are absolutely true now what we hear and see now a days is completely shit on the name of Art ..

मेरी आत्मा 10 बरस की उम्र मे मुगल ए आज़म की राग सोहनी के स्वरों से उस्ताद जी की प्यासी है। खुशी की बात उस्ताद जी ने मेरी पसंदीदा इन्हीं के गाये राग तोड़ी को अब मोरी नैईया पार करो से शुरु किया, और फिर भैरवी का अंदाज़ 💖 अफ़सोस होता हैं की मैं 100 बरस देर से क्यूँ पैदा हुआ?

A brilliant mind. This is a good tuition for beginners on how not to spoil the ragas and resort to gimmicks. In Hindustani classical we should be careful to maintain the traditions and finesse. Sad he died too soon.
