I met his father Sal when I was young, he had a Italian restaurant named, Pacino's in my hometown, covina, California, in the 1970,s and 80s. He always wanted Al to visit him, but I heard he didn't because Sal left when Al was a baby.

What a humble, great person and amazingly talented actor! May God Bless you Al! Salud!
