I’ve always found scrapyards mildly creepy. It’s an automotive graveyard essentially lol like you said, every one of them has a story. Hell, they most probably have a few stories 😂 it is crazy to see the sheer amount of them just rotting away tho. Just at the beginning of the video still and you’re checking out a side by side. Very surprised you haven’t done another!

I worked at a big 4 dealer from 07-10. I fell in love with the Brute Force 750. They were so powerful compared to the other Japanese utility quads but a power steering 700 Grizzly was a very close second.

I remember going to the dealer with my father to pick up his brand new 1998 kawi kvf 400 prairie, that machine was an absolute weapon. Had it buried to the bars in mud countless times. Even spent the night in the woods a few times, had over 20,000kms on it when he finally got rid of it in 2013-14. Rip Prairie, gone but not forgotten lol

My very first trip to the dunes at 13yo was in the backseat of a 660 rhino. It was an awesome trip but I suffered a concussion because my brother thought me bouncing around in the backseat was hilarious even tho I was bashing my head a lot lol. I was hooked instantly. We pulled in at night and when I woke up in the morning I was speechless at what I saw. Some of the best memories were at the dunes.

That first Polaris sportsman outside the fence is a Freedom Edition Sportsman 500… very cool one year only machine. Red and blue plastics with white decals. The graphics are “3d” verses just a sticker. Chrome wheels are factory. I had one as a kid it was my first ATV. Very little information online I believe they made scramblers and sleds too. Super awesome brought back some memories!

That quad with the school seat and shifter and all that is a 250ex I think. You can kinda tell with the oil cooler location, the way the motor looks and it being a shaft drive.

The DVX 400 is a Z400 with different plastic, seat, and gas tank. Everything for a kfx or z 400 will work on it. You can put the plastic on too but you’ll need the Suzuki/Kawasaki tank and seat.

My father still owns one of those really early model Arctic Cat 300's, his a 1998 which I believe is a first model year for them. The engine and rear drivetrain are from the Suzuki King Quad 300. It handled like a school bus and had the cruising speed of an oil frigate, but the engine and transmission is absolutely bullet proof. They were very good work and farm machines that's why a lot of the Arctic Cat's had some previous owners custom bumper or racking on them. Compared to other offerings from Yamaha, Honda, Polaris and so on the Artic Cats' weren't very powerful or fast for that matter. But you don't need fast when your main purpose was work. Also if you think finding parts for the Tri-Z project was hard try finding a lot of the really vital parts for that Kawasaki KLT three wheeler you showed in the beginning. Some of the stuff for that thing is like finding hen's teeth. But if you want a real challenge to find true Unobtainium Suzuki and Polaris had one or two three wheelers at one point as well. :)

Was hoping to see this three wheeled golf cart thing my brother and I had came across. We mounted a 70s dirt bike in it. Never finished it and don't know what happened to it. I have never seen another one like it but it was a mass produced cart.

They’re not the most popular but I’d love to see you do a Yamaha Wolverine 450 4wd (‘07-‘10 I think) they made good power comparable to some 400 race quads but had on demand 4wd so you have 4wd when you need it while still having the power and looks of a race quad.

My dad bought a 2001 yamaha blaster for about $1,500 bucks brand new, still have it, still runs, been rebuilt about 6 times. another is a 2004 yamaha big bear 400 that he bought off of his boss for like 500 bucks, runs, drives, 4wd works, snorkeled, just an all out good machine. The blaster is my personal favorite due to how fast it is, ours has a banshee carb full fmf exhaust, sunf tires, pro taper bars, stock length and width, no intake mods, but still fast as hell, goes maybe 65-70 mph
