3:40 was an old prop called the cauldron witch, and basically, she slowly rose out of the cauldron while muttering creepy phrases.

Sometimes the website names for items were a bit different than what they were called on the box. The Cauldron animatronic is called “Evil Cauldron Witch”, also from 2009. The reaper animatronic in the 2012 ad is called “Pestilence”.
