Adding new premium tanks where it’s just an existing tank with a special skin isn’t as terrible as adding new overpowered premiums, what is still the problem is that the matchmaker is gonna be more clogged by premium tank players, Wargaming should some day create matchmakers where only premiums fight each other

I don't know if it's ever been discussed, but I've always thought it would make more sense for WG to make a "premium status" that you could apply to any tank rather than have specific unique premium tanks. That would solve the issue of overpowered premium tanks and WGs reluctance to rebalance them.

Ivan! I have great idea! We nerf progetto line to the ground, but keep the premium progetto 46 the same. Then we nerf the Progetto Line to the ground again, So that we shame players who didn't buy Lion in time. And then, We resell the progetto 46 with a new custom skin that they cant take off... Yes it's just a new progetto 46, a completely seperate tank. So now the only good progettos are the premium ones, Then we'll nerf the progetto line again just for the fun of it.

Thanks QB for keeping us well informed and agree very cool looking skin. QB getting spotted at end of game brings up a point on spotting mechanics in the game. I feel spotting range should not be a true 360* circle. The rear sprocket or bustle rack of a tank should not be able to spot the full vision range. Forward "10-2 o'clock" = 100% of vision, Sides 7-10 & 2-5 = 75%, and Rear 5-7 = 50%. This would be much more realistic. As an ex TC I recall how difficult it was spotting for my gunner, especially when buttoned up. Rock on Tankers 🤘😎

not everyone likes the 3D style that is not filmed on a tank. Although, visually, the 3D pieces themselves are ok. But there is a way, a life hack, to remove it, like from all other tanks of the auction. To do this, the tank itself needs to be sold and then redeemed again (Warehouse => Vehicles in the hangar (4th tab on the left) => Restoration ==> Select the desired tank and restore it). Yes, you will have to pay an additional 10% to the sale price of the tank, but you will get a naked tank without 3D styling.

Its still a fun tank to play mobility + gun + auto reloader vS K-2 slow as F tank you can choose which tank is the best , but its quite a hard tank to play for newer players so far as i played it ( AND ITS also for ROME history fans as well such as julius Caesar age )

I actually got the Monkey King on the NA server, bidding 21.5 million credits. Only reason why I went for it even though I had nowhere near enough credits practically almost any time in the game was because I had a ton of premium consumables accrued from events and Prime Gaming missions and drops and such. Still had to sell one tier 8 tank and empty out ammo in some tanks, but said tier 9 tank didn't have a crew in it and I wasn't planning on training a new crew for it any time soon. The thing is, I don't disagree with what you said about how much time people want to spend grinding in game to justify bidding in these auctions, it's just that I happen to have enough lying around and gathering dust (I tend not to use premium consumables aside from the fire extinguisher and the ammo was mostly from tanks I haven't played recently) that for me, the eventual grind to top up again doesn't seem like much (hell, I don't think I would be buying that tank back immediately as I still have many tanks in the tech trees to unlock and buy).

Reminds me more of Spartans than Roman legionnaire, but the gold color instead of bronze probably gives it away. Also, Mars is the Roman appropriation of Ares, the Greek god of war, so it makes sense.

Looks good but, but I have the 46 already. I think it would have been better not the repeat the "fake rammer" DPM boost and play with the autoreloader mechanics a little to make it play differently. Maybe make the 3rd shell less punishing to use, or even go to a 4 shell system, to account for the 10% less DPM.

Well now we have a 4th shell, higher alpha and advanced consumables But yeah, Our monthly battlepass comes with a theme usually, like Terminator setting and every month, we get a Tier 6 Retrofit tank in that theme. M6 Heavy with Terminator skeleton? Check. Tiger 131 in Frosted Steampunk design? Check. Jagdpanzer IV in frosted Steampunk design? Check. Cromwell as Mars lander? Check. Curchill Gun Carrier with altered track layout looking similar to a Mark IV WW1 era tank? Check. I can bet you that these Special Copypastas will be a lot more common in the future, they make good money, Collectors are happy and they usually dont break the meta as they have usually very neglibile differences, like bit more armor but slower mobility, better dpm but worse viewrange etc.

At this point in time, were the game clearly diverged from a historical setting and with the introduction of a lot of imaginary vehicles and ugly skins, one has to ask why WG isnt creating a tank game where you can build your own tank? You can still have a tier system and unlock all the components and build one to your liking. Well, anyway ...

Having x2 Progettos in FL will be very good credit makers. Needing a 2nd crew for the new one won't be any problems. We got a good while until the first FL will come out.

This one is actually worth it as a tank since progetto is S tier premium (and obviously if you don'thave the progetto already). But I'm bidding the exact price of 12 500 gold which the progetto costs normally and that's it. Probably not going to be enough though since the competitive bid even now 10 houra before the auction ends is 14k gold....

QB Progetto is a cool med as is the 121B but putting basically a limited appeal skin in the auction is to be frank a bit of sharp practice by WG.

Hmm, this might actually be a good idea to sell battle pass reward tanks for 3.5 mil and then get them back by using the tokens. Not too many interesting tanks there for this year and they will be cheaper next time around:) so you could sell some 9 token tank many times over during the year and get a pretty big instant credit boost. Not that i would ever spend it on a skinned version of a tank i have, but consumables, why not. For now i have been buying bonds with the tokens, but when the time comes, maybe....

In Asia server its actually bidding for 150,000 free exp and it not worth if you already have Progetto 46

In the current meta the 46 is not as competitive as it was even one year ago. I played it a lot recently and it’s like many meds these days - tough to play without gold and at the mercy of your heavies and tds. Hard to carry without an open map.
