My theory: of how many references from other Nintendo games there were in the Mario movie, it could be movies for other characters. And maybe if there was like a Netflix serie it could be something similar to ssb brawl story mode. again it is a THEORY but it would be cool

The only thing I don't like is that the entire thing is centered around Mario. It implies that he is on higher ground than the rest of the fighters, which is not true. The cover for smash didn't have Mario in the center, so why should the Movie. The Movie poster should focus on how many other fighters are in the game, not on Mario and his new movie.

I kinda hate the dumb Mario bias. It doesn't matter if he's had a new movie. The world doesn't revolve around Mario. They should do it like they did in the video game, with Mario being an important figure but not the center of attention.

Why taking movie versions of characters while the first problem of those movies is not keeping the games' versions? The games have always better CGI animation and character models than movies, it's the first thing we thought, so why?
