Hi, teach :) Ask ko lang sana, nag tuloy kaba sa rarejob, or sa Engoo ka nalang now? Btw, your videos and inputs are really helpful :) Same tayo nasa Engoo. At tulad mo hindi ko nadin tinuloy yung sa bizmates dahil sa COR at Sworn Declaration hehe. Yung sa rarejob dko pa tinuloy for Orientation na ako. Hehe would like to know kasi if mandatory ba yung COR and SD sa kanila or pwedeng mag deduct nalang ng tax and if 10% talaga yung kinakaltas? Or nag adjust nadin sila tulad sa engoo na from 10% ay 2% nalang? Sorry ang dami kong questions hehe.

Hello! Hindi po required sa rarejob ang COR at SD pero naka 10% tax deduction pa rin po sila. In terms of materials, for me mas advanced po sa Rarejobs. Sa scheduling, mas flexible po ang Engoo. Sa salary naman po, mas mataas ang Engoo pero may mga pasulpot na paincntve ang Rarejobs like magkaka-250 ka pag nkapag open ng 7 slots or 500 pag nag open ng 11 slots up sa certain time frame ng isang araw. :)

Hi! I used MPow headset po, I used Krisp app po for noise cancellation. Effective po yung Krisp at compatible sa lahat ng headset I think. Wala po akong back up device. :)

oo teach, apply lang ng apply gnagawa ko pra more chances ma-hire hehe thankfully nkapasa ako sa demo ng bizmates at engoo and for practice lesson na lang ako sa rarejob.. Yung bizmates po di ko na tinuloy kasi mdyo komplikado, required mismo na magprocess ng COR at OR pero sa rate at kabaitan ng staff, okay talaga sila.. I'll make another video na mas detailed ang pagkakaiba nilang tatlo 😊 masaya lang ako na passed ako kanina sa engoo kaya napapost agad hehe

@@whisperofthewindpoemsaudio7170 for initial interview ako sa rarejob...pagnakapasa ako gusto ko na sa kanila...pero gusto ko din bizzmate kaya lang masalimuot nga daw yung mga tax at may lean season din daw..sa engoo naman sobra dami daw ng applicants

@@confidentlybeautiful2108 Yes, sis. Maganda talaga sa Bizmates. Bukod sa mas mataas ang pay na 140/hr, every 500 lessons mo pwdng tumaas ng 10pesos as long as good ang KPI tas pwd ka dn mapromote. Madami dn daw students sabi ng friend ko. Basta decided kang magprocess ng COR at OR, push mo sis. Prepare ka lang ng panglakad nun na 2-3k.

Hi teach, ask ko lang po anong gagawin after speaking test. Nagtake na kasi ako at ang interpretation is B2 high. Sa dashboard ko hindi pa "done" ang speaking test ko. Failed po ba ako?

Proficient po ang B2 high na result^^ Ang naalala ko po need iscreenshot ang result kasi ipapasend sa skype before ng interview sched. Kung hindi pa po na update sa profile nyo na done na yung speaking test. Mas ok po na mag inquire kau sa Rarejob via email. You can schedule for an interview na po. Isave nyo lang yun screenshot ng speaking test result. :)

Ang alam ko po walang demo pero may practice lesson pa rin po which is like a demo rin lang. However, before magpractice lesson may training muna. Ippractice nyo po mismo yung flow ng lesson during the orientation. ^^

Maam ask ko laang, I was filling out the application sa rarejob kasi, I was watching yung tutorial din while answering, for guide lang. Andun na ako sa application clearance kaso naclose ko yung tab di ako nakapagproceed sa clearance, pagkaopen ko ulit ng window, nakalagay na is yung application status na page. Then may nakalagay sa pending task notif na "pending reqs " kaso pag inopen ko, restricted page nakalagay. Proceed nalng po ba ako sa application status process or iemail ko po sila regarding dun sa pending requirements na di ko po maopen?

Pasensya na po, hindi ako familiar sa ngyari pero kung may option po na magproceed sa application, itry nyo muna po ituloy. If you encounter any issues po to proceed, send an email po para ma assist kayo ng tutor support. Good luck po on your application! :)

The speaking test will be via progos po..wala po atang typing test, may recorded voice na po for the questions na sasagutin nyo within the given time tas ang last part po ay pag interpret ng chart or graph..more on situational and preference po questions..bsta imake sure po na tahimik kapag magtaje ng test then dapat po malinaw dn pag magsasalita kayo, iwasan po magstutter and keep answer short but concise :) good luck po

Hello po! Mm..depende po kung gusto nyo po iavail yung 0 tax, required po mgprocess ng COR pero kung ok po sa inyo mabawasan ng 10% tax sa tutor fee, kahit hindi n po.

Ito Job Requirements Preferably with a Bachelor's/Associate's Degree from a reputable college or university If undergraduate, must have at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Basic computer skills and above-average Skype skills At least 3 years of working experience in any field. Availability on weekends (4AM - 12MN) and weekday evenings (9PM - 12MN PHT) are a plus. Between 23 - 75 years old. Available to teach at least 10 hours per week

Mostly, proper usage of is and are, verb tenses, definitions at reading comprehension po. Multiple choice po and questions. :)

Hello po! Hindi po ako sure kung hahapanan kayo ng cert of resignation peo possible po na hingin nla kasi bawal po magwork sa ibang ESL ksabay ng RJ. If wala po kayo cert. of res. n mappresent, mas ok po siguro wag n lang banggitin^^

Thank you po sa pagsubscribe! :) I love everything about Engoo. Tutor support answers quickly, salary is given every 15th & last day of the month. Nagsesend sila ng text message pag naipasok na sa Gcash acct. ang salary, 8:02am ako madalas nkakareceive ng text. The students are very kind at hindi sila madamot sa 5 stars.

Pinakagusto ko po sa Engoo ay pwede ko ma open sa phone, sa tuwing nagkaka sudden prob ang PC ko, inoopen ko sa celphone and I'll inform the student. I also love na after 15 mins. na hindi pa pumasok sa lesson page ang student, automatically manonote as No Show ang student, I can enjoy the rest of the 10 mins. and I don't need to put any notes na absent ang student dahil automatic na sa system. I recommend Engoo po. :)

@@evang7492 Yes, I'm still working part time po sa Engoo. I chose Engoo dahil medyo maproseso at magastos kumuha ng COR sa BIR. Since di ko naman gagawing full time, hindi magiging practical for me. Pero if willing po kayo mgprocess ng COR, ok po salary sa Bizmates. :) You can also try Engoo po, super flexible and chill sa Engoo.

Hello po! For Rarejob po, isusubmit nyo po TIN id photo or other proof of TIN then pwd nyo po piliin kung iwithheld 10% tax sa inyo or kung magpprocess po kayo ng COR sa BIR to avail 0% tax pra sa mga qualified. For me po mas gusto ko na yung magka 10% withholding tax na automatic ibabawas sa sahod ko pra less hassle na mag ayos ng tax forms sa BIR hehe

yes po..anytime between 5am-12am(midnight) po ang lesson hours..flexible hours po, kayo magdedecide kailan mag open ng slots na ibo-book ng students. 😊

Newly hired tutors are categorized as non-weekday daytime tutor, yes po restricted ang 8am-4.30pm slots pag weekday perob kpag weekends pwd po iopen ang slots from 5am-11:55pm. Tama ka, to qualify for Weekday Daytime tutor dpat may 150 bookable slots within a month. To maintain that as well, a tutor must have at least 100 bookable slots in a month. Hope that helped. :)

@@confidentlybeautiful2108 Aww, mabait yung nag interview sa akin. Baka Bizmates talaga para sa'yo, sis. Mabait sila dyan sa Bizmates as in, bawal ata masungit sa kanila e hehe nakakatuwa sila kausap. Mostly kapag wala pa ESL exp. yung lesson 1 or 2 ipapademo, pag may exp. lesson 3. Hello po! B1 means "You can work comfortably in an English-speaking environment.". Pasado po ang B1 sa progos speaking test :)

After the Interview ma'am, if you are told to wait within 24 hours for the results is it possible that you fail? because I can see in some rarejob interviews that they are notified after the interview if they pass😔

There is a possibility po kasi mostly kapag passed po, sinasabi nila right away. Kung sakali po, pwede nyo po itry mag apply sa engoo. Wala pong interview sa application process nila: registration, speaking test, training vids tas demo lang po
