The 747 is still operating, but it’s a different series of aircraft, not the 200. They are no longer being built (787 is fully replacing them). I don’t remember what series the newest (and final) one is.

In general, the An-225 was built based on the An-124, so the aircraft had a longer body and wider wings and a larger wheel. There are plenty of other planed in the same position, like the FFVS J22, none airworthy but one is being restored. Or the S32C, I think two exist but haven't flown for decades, SwAfHf do however own a lot of spare parts and tools for their other saab 32 variants, so it could be possible in theory but would never happen.

If you wanna fly on old soviet planes Air Koryo is basically your only choice. Even then the older ones are reserved for domestic flights which are rather rare and not many tourists get to go on them
