That red eyes isn't fake, it's just a super rare, so the name isn't foil. And you got textured cards as well in that same pack. Also cards sometimes can peel, it's rare but can happen if it's already damaged or because of a factory error. And it really looks like a sticker coming off from cardboard.

One of your red eyes is a super and the other an ultra, thats why the name is foiled on one an not the other
