yo Rarren, If you have signature Rock Master Voon (warrior legendary) then you can copy a tony in your hand and the copy will be a signature copy. hence it being the signature tony you always wanted.

Math time: He has only 1 guaranteed chance to get at least 1 legendary (and maybe signature). But you can have 3 guaranteed chances to have 3 legendaries. More packs = more chances to get signature.

Fun fact you cant get signatures out of golden standard packs, they have to be out of the festival of legends packs...

seems insane to me to try getting tony in standard packs, to get ANY signature you need to hit the 1/6 for it to be in the latest expansion for the chance of it being a signature. Taking into account that signature cards (afaik) have the same rates as golden legendaries, that being an average of 1 in 181 regular packs, or averaging 1 in 20 golden packs, and there being 2 legendaries per class and 4 in neutral for the expansion (totaling 26 legendaries), as well as a 1/2 for it to be either golden or signature, you would need to hit a 1/6 x 1/26, so the chances of a signature tony would be 1 in 312 golden packs, though this is if you have none of the golden legendaries/signatures, obviously i dont know what you have and dont have, but those are the odds if you had none of the golden/signature legendaries. Though take this with a grain of salt, i just thought of figuring out the chances because i was curious, i could very easily be wrong

Why would you buy Golden Standard packs, the pool is so fucking big. You're making your odds of getting a card even lower. It wouldve felt particularly terrible to open a Signature Lich King card. Should've sticked to Golden Festival packs

Blizzard has gotten very lazy with the golden animations and art, the best golden as are all from the older sets, before diamond and signature cards. I think they did this on purpose to devalue the new goldens.

I've never spent a dime on hearthstone; every card I own is a card I earned with effort alone, but I respect the addicts and the whales that allow this buggy, unbalanced, microtransaction-laced, barely worthwhile game to remain afloat. That having been said, if Blizz could change the algorithm for legendary drops such that I don't automatically get the worst legendary possible every time, ending when the next expansion comes and I'm just starting to get the good ones so I don't have to craft, that'd be great.
