A quick review of Rasasi's Shuhrah. I keep saying it's pineapple/apple, but it could be strawberry/melon or all. This is a very evil and smokey fragrance. It has tons of sweet amber and resinous myrrh ingredients with a healthy dose of smokey incense and pineapple/apple on the top. Fairly strong juice. There is a short lived melon/aquatic accord in the opening that last for about 30-60 minutes, but then it morphs into an incense bomb. There could be strawberry, the fruit note is confusing.

What a magical scent, dark, smokey with slight fruity and cooling effects, last a long time and daring... On my skin i get a bit of a Kouros vibe with a Givenchy Gentleman Only vibe too. It seems almost unwearable if you smells it too close, but when it lingers in the air there is a huge difference, it's definitely a perfect fragrance if you wanna turn heads, the sillage is made to impress people and is perfect for night outs.

I got this after the positive reviews I read. For me, it smells like a combination of the smoke that comes from hot tar used in making roads with a bunch of roses, Oakmoss and musk. The combination of the oakmoss and smokey tar gives it a leathery undertone. The musk and oakmoss gives it a dark feel, almost like an Arabian prince from hell. The projection and longevity on this thing is insane! Three sprays of this and for the next 4 hours it would seem you're walking around with a pot of burning incense in your hands filled with tar, rose, musk and oakmoss. Everyone around you is going to be hit in the face with this stuff. A week after I first wore it, I was going to do the laundry and it was still on the shirt I sprayed it on a week before. It wont be for everyone but I loved it and so did my wife. For me, this prime scent at a very good price.

indeed very very very very smokey but it has a magical property that is alluring to me. Stayed detectable on my shirt for days, the shirt I sleep in. Can't place the smell but I simply love it, some mansoap vibe in the background that I like. not really a smell you stick your nose in but rather wafts around you, deff chokes you out at first though but I love it. I'll wear it anytime, FTW... I own Chastity as well but feel it's soo much weaker in comparison and does not last my bottle is from 2015, Chasitity that is.... This one is in my top drawer now and my bottle is from this year and ultra mega nuclear strong.... Got it after seeing your review.... I am finished with toilet water and Western frag houses are doing things right and lots to choose from, big Respect to Rasasi for this

this (shuhra) means (famous) in Arabic language. .. it's very nice and long lasting perfume. .try it out in winter time ..it's a beast and cheap as well

Up close on my skin it smells smoky, leathery, sweet, with a touch of makeup. It's intoxicating and I can't stop smelling it. From a distance, my lady friend says it smells like her Ezra Fitch perfume, which to me smells like florals plus wine. So yeah, weirdness up in here with Shuhrah! Such a mixed bag of smells.

I wanted to buy it a month ago but I will as soon as I can. I can't wait to try it. I have Rasasi Yuqawam Pour Homme, it is just awesome. Have other Rasasi as well, all are very good.

You should do a video review when you get Shuhrah, I want to see what you think and I also bought Rixos because of your video to try it, and I posted a review of it. I did get La Yuquawam and I'm still testing it. I didn't expect it to be such a dark fragrance.

Rasasi updated their site and they say these are the notes: "Shuhrah for men blends bergamot, frankincense, cedar wood, oak moss & Oudh with floral inflections to create an fresh woody masculine scent that is uplifting and charismatic. The simple clean bottle houses an everyday fragrance that lends a very endearing allure to a man who can charm his way effortlessly." Top: Rose, Tomato Leaves, Freesia Middle: Rose, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Jasmine Base: Amber, Musk, Oakmoss, Oudh, Leathery Watching back on my review, I feel like I was fairly close on a lot of the notes, the smoke is from the incense and oudh, it's leathery like a makeup bag, the aquatic top is the freesia and tomato leaves. I still think there is more than just bergamot as far as fruit, but it might just be the tomato leaves. It's resinous from the Amber and has that earthy Oakmoss.. It draws from a lot of popular compositions like Aventus, but I do get a slight similarity to Al Wisam Day with the Rose and Oakmoss. Ugh, it's too die for. I think the Oud or Incense has settled in my juice after it being on the shelf a few months.. Lately when I wear this, it's a lot less smoky and way more fresh with the tomato leaf aquatics and rose, it's reminding me more and more of the heart of Al Wisam Day.

Just got mine today and I'm wearing it now. I got the "fruity ashtray" vibe for the first 15 minutes and now it's just straight ashtray. I'm reminded of Quorum minus the pine. I like it but it's definitely a cold weather scent.

did not like Shuhrah by rassi at all, too deep too dark, but I did not like Oma Passione Uomo by laura biagiotti at all to sweet.but now I have two 100 ml bottle 50/50, one of the best smells I know now, On dates I layer either RL purple label (lunch) or CD Homme Intense (dinner) magic!

Yeah it's straight up gangster as hell. Certain days and weather makes the smoke feel sticky and gross after wearing it a few hours.. I definitely don't like sweating while wearing this. So I think this is a cooler weather fragrance for sure.

Shuhrah makes me very angry because of smell... some sort of hard smell which is not at all as expected as reviewd by specialists...very dissappointed for the loss of money by buying Shuhrah... the worst perfume by Rasasi in case of price too...

Let your bottle sit for a week or two and let it breath the juice inside will get brighter and more citrus like. I think I smelled only ash tray and cigarettes the first couple sprays myself. It definitely get's better.. hopefully for you.

Daarej is very good from Rasasi. I haven't tried any others yet. Hawas looks like a good one.

Of these three you have mentioned, Daarej to me smells paradoxically the most offensive and headache inducing yet I find it to be the most versatile year round. Hawas is so pleasantly crisp and fruity, and it evolves the most from the initial spray to its final dry down, so it engages the mind as well as the nose, but it reminds me of taking a victory lap before running the race and so I always feel like I must somehow earn the wearing it before spraying it on. Shurhah is probably my favorite even if I wear Daarej slightly more often. The reason why is because Shurhah is a bit more challenging to pull off than Daarej. Shurhah opens soapy to a strong floral that is very sweet and gives way to notes of ash and way back there you might detect some leather. So I feel I have to really own this scent when I'm wearing it.

Did you notice it also smells of unrefined leather, a bit horse like, along with tobacco leaves on the dry down ? Reminds me of one perfume from Dior private collection, with that piercing note in the dry down.

0:30 i straight up disagree... The smokiness is from the oud... There is no hint of tobacco in there. No make up barely any leather. I have it and bit disappointed. There are many other perfumes similar to shuhrah here in middle east. I don't find it unique in any way.

I read some reviews from fragrantica claiming that CDNIM by Armaf has gone through some reformulation which has reduced its performance. I have the older bottle though which is a BOMB and a must have budget fragrance. If you get from those newer batches of CDNIM do let me know how the performance is.

It's a very disgusting type of scent I very disliked it and you are right it's like satanic perfume it's very offensive, people will get sick if they smell it. It gave me head aches I can't stand it.
