What hygiene factor are you referring to? The guy cutting raw potatoes with his bare hands? No mask? What microbe do you think is surviving a 350 degree fry for several minutes? Meanwhile, you just handled the door handle to get into the restaurant, paid the cashier with paper and coins, went to the restroom without washing your hands, and while you were waiting read an article or two on your cellphone that you haven't sanitized in 4 years. But it's the guy that wasn't wearing gloves and never touched your fries' fault.

These fries are actually without any seasoning or condiments before he added any. And those aren't all salt n pepper, it is made of pomegranate seed powder, coriander powder, garlic, cumin, hing and few other herbs and spices. Supposed to be heavily coated to balance the bland fries.

Would love to know what exactly is on these chips. Some people said cornflour, chaat masala and cheese. I wonder what the sauces are?? What spices are put on each round??? Looks so good! I want to have some at home in Ireland! Also, people talking about hygiene, I think that once food becomes more regulated it becomes more corporate and therefore less good quality. However, if people were just more hygienic we could all have some. Hygiene shortfalls are the case wherever you go and it seems to be the case that it cannot be enforced, only educated...
