In Puerto Rico we eat beans and rice with plantains all the time, we also make " sancocho" which has yam,sweet potato,yucca,potatoes,yuta, malanga,taro stew,you name it.super healthy and delicious 🍲💕🍛

Oh man that looks so delicious! My dear ( sadly now departed) hippy mom would often cook huge pots of multi-bean soups back in the 60's and people would gather from all over the neighbourhood, bring things to add to the pot or meal, and everyone would party and feast, we were poor but ate really healthy good simple foods, thanks for the lessons mom, and thank you Mokko and co. for sharing this, you all rock!
