To start, thank you for having audio. It looks like a lot of people like to make videos and just have an on screen follow along type of tutorial. Also, thanks for speaking slowly and clearly. I still need to finish the video and apply what is being shown but already stoked that i stumbled across your tutorial.

Another excellent video. I like the idea of BerryBoot, it is a useful tool if you want to test multiple operating systems on one memory card and I like the feature of being able to backup/restore and load different OS off a USB device. However for me I would rather have one operating system per memory card as multi-booting can become messy over time and if the card goes bad you lose all of your operating systems in one fell swoop which makes backing them up all that more important. Thanks for another fantastic Raspberry Pi video, looking forward to your next video.

Hi Chris I have been trying to install MotionEye OS from a downloaded image file but without success. I had given up on it and decided to do some experimenting with BerryBoot because I had seen this video some weeks ago. BerryBoot is fantastic and the installation is really easy as you have demonstrated but the best thing is it includes MotionEye OS as an operating system. So I gave it a go and it worked perfectly. Thank you very much for introducing me to BerryBoot. Best wishes Arthur

Excellent video. Loving this channel just for so many reasons!!! You probably know, but you can give the RPi a little more juice for the USB that will power some (but not all) USB 2.5 drives (I guess depending on drive current draw needs). My 500GB OMV NAS in RPi is just powered from the PI USB power source and runs like a dream!

Nice! Very cool...dual boot from a SD card, very nice...now I can install Raspbian and Armbian on the same device. Would like to see a rudimentary command shell and/or a check partition for errors because I sometimes have issues with Armbian locking up (might be my non-name brand SD card) disregard...it's already in there Learned something new each and every day...great video!

Thanks. I try to keep as many viewers as possible happy, and normally this happens when I make videos on subjects I enjoy. Right now, I am trying to keep the channel going on a weekly basis as I focus on other stuff (like finishing a book). There then be more 'major' content -- including various build videos -- in November and December. There are lots of videos I want to make and that I think will be popular, but it all takes time! :)

warning for new berryboot users don't do sudo dist-update/upgrade. berryboot uses its own kernels, this type of update, updates the kernels to one's not compatible with berryboot and bricks your micro SD forcing you to format and start from scratch. the fault raspibian shows on boot is because berryboot manages partition space between the various OS's installed, so raspibian cannot resize the partition. raspi-config can also be unreliable on USB storage (sometimes thinks it's not on a pi) I'll edit when I remember my fix. thanks for the great video. more people should use berryboot, despite its small faults it's a really good. p.s. please look at the new pixel version of raspibian. :)

I install Raspian on the SSD card using bootberry, but I notice it does not have a swap file. free -h shows zero swap size (used other tools to verify no swap file ). /etc/dphys-swapfile does not work on this configuration. I need to run opencv for my project so I need a swapfile. Can you help with the best approach to create swap file without dphys-swapfile on this configuration? Thank you

FYI I am unable to get Berryboot to work with wifi on the Raspberry Pi v3, Berryboot sees the wifi lets you select the wifi just gives an "Error connecting or obtaining ip address. check settings" , even if I give it a bad password I never get a bad password error this tells me Berryboot sees the connection but cant connect, also noticed after installing Ubuntu Mate you have to reboot mate before it will start seeing wifi but Berryboot never connects to wifi, wifi works perfect on all other operating systems I have installed on the v3 Pi Berryboot is the first not to work with wifi. Thanks for the Berryboot video am loving it.

Hallo, thanks for the video, really helpfull content. I have a question: I have built a gameboy with a raspberry pi Zero inside, I do have two USB ports on the outside, can I use multiple MicroSd cards with this operating system? I mean, would my raspberry pi zero boot the system from a micro sd card pluged in into one of the Usb ports while the main microsd card (with retropie) is still pluged in into the mother board?

How does the hard drive space for each distro get allocated? Say I wanted a small Kodi install because all of my media is on a NAS but wanted to run a RetroPie install with all the media being local on the SD card. Obviously i'd need the RetroPie install to be allocated much more space. Sorry if that was covered in the video. I may just be tired but I don't think it was.
