That is one of the best covers/reimaginations of a song I've ever heard. It's like Johnny Cash covering NIN Hurt. Something amazing is added with that style that was never envisioned originally.

Except I fail to see where the "raspiness" is in the guy's voice who sang Here Without You. Not to take anything away from his performance, it was incredible, but the video is about men with raspy voices...

@@isuachideibiddo2081 it's actually very fitting, as the song is a darker take on the german TV show "Mr. Sandman", which was kind of a bedtime story type of show for children and puts a nightmarish twist on it. I'd say that you're the one who has no idea about what the song is about and being a hater for free.

Yes, Mister Mat is the Man, no doubt it. The others are great too, but this musician is something very special. Shaun Wessel and Finnian Johnson complete the Top 3 in that compilation.

6,7,10 are all amazing talents and all different styles too which is awesome! If I have to choose a favorite then it's 7 since he made the song his own without many mistakes. 6 performed best and 10 had the best pure voice.

I liked them all, but I would say the guy who sang Californis Dreaming has the best voice. As soon as he opened his mouth I knew he was good. Best soul was the guy who sang Goergia On My Mind. Overall I think number 2 was best.

The guy who sang the song of 3 doors down - Here without you. Is just amazing. Love the perfect balance breathy tone in your rasp. The fact that Kelly Clarkson didn't turn for you just annoys me and makes me doubt her as a judge. She clearly can't recognize talent if she didn't turn for you. Good job dude.
