Dave yep l have same feeling retirement it’s kind of scary with everything going on .Got other 5 to 7 more years to retirement turning 60 next month it’s hitting me real hard of aging. Luckily my day job has decent retirement package trying to enjoy life right now.

part of the problem is these landlords are greedy and keep raising rents beyond what they should be.....cant keep these brick & mortars open

I’d replace the condenser motor telling your customer as old as the unit is that’s minimal dollars spent vs your time to track down the exact culprit. At least rule out the motor as it’s inexpensive and near the end of its life.
