COULD YOU RAP IT AROUND THE TOP OF THE TENT. TO HOLD DOWN THE COVER OF THE TENT.. BECAUSE OF STRONG WINDS. THE TENT BLOWING UP AND THE TIE PART IS VELCRO STRAPS. SO COULD U STRAP IT DOWN WITH THESE STRAPS. PARELL ACROSS. VELCRO KEEPS COMING OUT. AND SOME OF IT BUSS OUT. TIE FROM THE TOP COVER AND AROUND THE STEEL
