Personally I would rather give Ten Hag time than bring in De Zerbi. While no confirmation on Ten Hag's future has been given all recent news suggest De Zerbi looking most likely.

Feel for Schweinsteiger and understand he just had an interview where he discussed his time at Man United. But none of how Jose treated him or that he was banished to train with the kids was a secret , it was widely known and reported at the time. Just a shame how many prominent players and managers who came through the club during the last decade or so that were poorly treated one way or the other or just not impressed with aspects of the club. Its actually quite embarrassing tbh.

De Zerbi is not really a candidate i'd be going for right now. Not a bad gaffer but coming off a bad season having fallen off from one season to the next at a very well run club. RDZ would also cost quite a bit to bring in. My younger brother does some work down in Brighton and mates with a few match going Brighton fans who told him many Brighton fans wouldn't be that bothered if De Zerbi left at this point (not a great sign). He also is very one dimensional and doesn't change things up even when getting battered. It would be like if ETH did not change anything after he took those early batterings when he first came to the club. Not a bad gaffer but im a bit wary of him , i think he needs another season at Brighton. Tuchel as well coming off yet another sacking , if we bring in a new gaffer has to be coming off a high , not a low. Plus Jacobs has said and Romano said in some of his vids and other interviews that we haven't "contacted" any gaffer. Its all planning right now , lining up a list based on what INEOS decide to do. So not being contacted yet does not mean they aren't interested in a gaffer and they do not seem to have made genuine contact with any potential replacements.

@Alice I have a problem with De Zerbi he plays too open sometimes if u notice we've seen Brighton battered with heavy defeats to: Villa, Luton, Fulham, Arsenal though he lost a couple of key players, but his pattern of play is open with a mixed bag of results.

Id be very surprised if any truth behind Ratcliffe talking to Barcelona to offload those players. For one Barca have their issues but they have quite a good squad and wouldn't be interested in any of those players of ours , two of which are Real Madrid legends which makes that extremely unlikely. Eriksen is finished , there is no market for Malacia right now after missing an entire season. Varane and Eriksen are probably going on a free. Barca do not want any of them. To me that story seems like nonsense all around. Though it is concerning we keep getting reports of Jim stepping in with different negotiations ; we should have execs in place to do that. Sheikh Mansour or one of the Henry family at Liverpool do not take part in negotiations. INEOS really need to sort these execs already.

Don't give it too much thought , its mostly making content for content's sake at this point with all these channels. Since January or February there hasn't been much of genuine news around the club and very little genuine about INEOS or their plans. Notice the media and these channels go back and forth one day to the next. TUS is no different , its just for clicks and views at this point ; look at their headlines , Ten Hag to stay , Ten Hag is gone from one day to the next or this transfer close to the next day to transfer blow for the same player. No one genuinely knows anything right now , even Romano and Jacobs are repeating the same maybe this / maybe that from 3 months ago.
