I really liked this opening segment. I know I'm showing my age here, but it reminded me of WWF attitude era opening segments when multiple angles were mixed together: Christian/Adam Copeland, Christian/Bryan Danielson, Ricky Starks & Bill/FTR, Ricky Starks/BCC. I can remember in 1998 when DX would open the show and HHH would talk about the Rock, the New Age Outlaws would talk about Kane and Mankind, and X-Pack would talk about D'lo Brown.

Adam Copland isn’t going anywhere these aren’t the last moments of his career nobody signs a contract to just have last moments they join to wrestle for years for a company that’s not how it works he signed with AEW because of Christian but also to wrestle until he feels like he wants to retire that’s not anytime soon it’s up to a wrestler on when they want to retire not you or anyone else it’s not your decision and it’s not your choice they do whatever they want it’s their life and their careers leave Adam alone he does what he wants on his own terms

I saw a comment saying Nick Wayne is only 18 years old, 18 YEARS OLD and he's featured on TV in a segment with Edge and Christian. This is like a kid having Mike Tyson, Nas, or Quentin Tarantino as a mentor for their respective craft. He's certainly the future of wrestling. I love to see it!
