For the Steelshad Rider, the first ability doesn't say until eot, it just says "you may cast..." so it ignores timing requirements, but you have to cast it immediately, and you have to pay full cost for it.

Savage Wastement is probably the strongest AI card you've ever shown that wasn't an explicit alt-win. Flashback? I'm not sure if a card given Flashback by Snapcaster Mage keeps Flashback if it is exiled then sent back to the Graveyard by using Wastement.

That Sliver Beast thing, would actually be a fairly decent card in niche builds. It's white discard, white has plenty of return from graveyard effects these days, (it's rare but white does have it), but no good way of putting things in there. 4 mana is kind over priced but it could be a way to cheat something into play, without having to play black. Maybe it would be easier to simply find an artifact to let you discard though.

Awaken Golem's Bestow does NOTHING for the creature it is on, except put it on the board early, for 2 and 1 white. It's an enchantment that makes you take damage from your non-creature sources. BUT you can get this on the board early that way, then sacrifice the creature is on, and THEN it's a 5/5 indestructible for 3. For real this could be a legit card. I think the Sneaky Monk could be legit too. A super lord for all creatures, even the enemy ones is a unique up/downside. Plus giving theirs firebreathing can be downside unless they have no red, but just giving the opponent the same benefit makes it "fair enough" even if they can't necessarily take advantage of it at all.
