You pulled this look off very well! Your hair looked 1000x better than mine would if I had tried that hairstyle, I always feel so awkward if I don't leave some hair surrounding my face. I can imagine the gel felt horrible. I get excited to wash my hair with just hairspray when I put curls in my hair. I can imagine it feels so weird to try a style/lifestyle that's outside of your comfort zone or that's very different from your own, but it can also be a lot of fun! I'm tempted to try to make that smoothie now...

My issue w the “clean girl” slicked back bun is this is my go-to hairstyle when my hair is dirty!! It doesn’t look clean at all it looks like your hair was too greasy to wear it down haha
