I’ve had crazy messy straight hair locs for what seems like forever, fat ones, skinny ones, long smooth ones and weird shaped ones with zig zags and bulbs at the end… it’s about the journey fr. I finger twisted my wild sections and never did crochet just let them untwist and twist back and many elastics and compression
