Transitioning Bryan's gattling punches into his "beating shit out of you" win pose and opponent's POV of Bryan's creepy smile/laugh with red eye or his POV where his system gets overheated into explosive punch would've been much better imo.

Jin’s rage art itself isn’t the issue. It’s just it feels unfinished. The KO ending where he grab the feather feels like it should have been that then he does a big final attack after and then it’s over.

Lemme cook now I got an idea for a Dragunov RA: The camera tries as much as possible to make it dramatic, like focusing on Drag's steps, arms, and his facial expression. Then Drag gets annoyed and throws the camera away, like old Bryan's intro, and just does Drag's b1+2 with all the snow effects. Seems more fun, and keeps Drag's weird grudge with the camera

Even if people think Nina and Xiaoyu's rage arts are bad, they're still way better than their Tekken 7 ones. And I actually like both Nina and Xiaoyu's rage arts. I'd give them both A.

As a Tekken 3 casual player I'd say Brian's RA is about his iconic punch we spammed a lot bc we don't know how to play else. But what REALLY takes those inonic move presentation to it's pinnacle is Paul's RA. And, god, Paul's face expression before the impact of his deadliest move is just a perfection. It's pretty close to mine when I was about to end the round with this move.

Panda getting a way better rage art than jin & king isn't something I expected

Jin's Rage Art feels like it's missing the actual "Power of the Devil Himself" that he goes on about if you K.O. with it. If that punch would've caused damage to the ground from how fast Jin was moving when throwing that punch, it would've significantly brought the presentation factor up. Without that, this Rage Art is just Rock Howard's Shining Knuckle but black and red.

King’s does the abdominal stretch which is a callback to the man who raised him in the orphanage and took up the mantle of King when King was killed by Ogre in Tekken 3 was the original king back throw that did tons of damage in Tekken 2. So if you didn’t know that reference then you might not like it as much. I’m glad they didn’t do a piledriver because then it would be compared to Gief from Street Fighter and him and Haggar have that competition.

I really think what would sell these rage arts is to see the opponent try and fight back, they try and throw some punches that are easily blocked or parried and then you really feel the impact of each attack. This would be a nice addition considering rage arts just seem like they are beating up rag dolls rather than trained fighters and often just undermines the whole sequence.

What or who's eyes are you viewing Nina's with ? She has the same cool personality, attitude and charisma that she has always had and I like it I also feel that her rage art reflects her cold heartedness as an ice cold assassin to perfection - The acrobatic jump off into shooting the victim in the back WHILE falling straight to the ground - Finishing it off with a reverse CPR. Where instead of resuscitating their heart, she actually SHOOTS their heart - Leaving them dead all alone in the silence of their own death What is there not to like ? How is this not enough ? To me it's flawless and executed to perfection. I might even think of it as the best rage art in the game, if not ever.

Honestly disagree with Steve's rage art. Feels like an S to me. It's badass looking, the sound is great, but there's something about the sound design and the voicelines that just screams personality to me. I can't help but smirk. It's amusing, cool and a great call back to classic boxing cartoons. That's an S for me.

You know what, Dragunov's may not be super flashy or have the same "lovable corny energy" as something like Claudio's, but it really fits for Dragunov's character. He's a soldier who specializes in a combat style that's meant to take out armed and unarmed enemies quickly. He's not gonna take 7 hits to kill you if he only needs 4. He's quick, he's cold, he gets it done. And he's *BRUTAL.* So I think it's at least B tier. (I do love the expression and camera shots of 7's rage art tho)

Dragunov's rage art is pretty good. They just need to add a strong smash sound at the end to give a solid feeling of impact, not just ice breaking. It doesn't sound/feel impactful. It gets a B from me. Zafina's rage art is just Azazel's spirit reaching out of her. He's THE devil, therefore the opposing character would be fully disabled from his sinister force. I give it an A+.

Kings RA is a homage to the old octopus hold move from T3. King players have been asking for it to be back in the game repeatedly so it's a nod to that. I can agree as a non king player who does know that stuff it's anti-climactic but as a life long king main I think it's super cool and nice fan service.

I may be the only one, but I personally don't like Reina or her rage art. Not because she's a Mishima, but because it looks like she's trying so hard to act like a Mishima. Plus, some of her intros and poses don't work for someone with a small body size.

Vincent's RA is really confusing to me, his katana is obviously inspired by Jetstream Sam and Iaido in general, katana "quickdraw", but he pulls out his sword just to pose. Imagine if a cowboy quickdrawing his gun just to pose, then after posing, point and shoot at the opponent. The entire thing just feels wrong, Vincent should've done an explosive quickdraw and slice the opponent straight from the unsheathing.

To be fair, lee's rage art is very similar to the t7 one. In t7 he throws an exploding rose. T8 incorporated his story involvement in the rage art. I ain't that mad. The facial animation and the marvellous thumbs up makes up for it.

dragunov's rage art shouldve turned into a blinding blizzard instantly and just have him approaching you as a snowy silhouette (like a white angel of death ;p) as you are freezing up from the absurd cold before giving you the iconic blizzard hammer. Or smth like, him kicking snow to your face, blinding you for half a second, and hes already behind you, you can only see his arms on your neck in 1st person, and the camera flips as your neck is snapped. 1st would be more of a spectacle, but smth like the 2nd one could rly encapsulate how "realistic" and "human" dragunov feels, but also how absolutely hopeless it is if he thinks you need to be disposed of. Both hwoarang's barrage of kicks and dragunov's assault would kill you, but as a player, one of those scares you more.

Asuka has the best rage art. You can hold it and release it whenever you want. #teamasuka

Zafina's rage art is S for me because it has a lot of character in it. We see what Zafina is about, there is a reference to older Tekken games, and we see that she's a complex character. Plus the animation is great, with the double hand. You are right that it's not easy to read, and that an enemy reaction would have been great, but still a solid S for me in comparison to others.
