Can you explain how the judges score these fights?

There are 10 rounds. Each competitor has the opportunity to land 10 slaps. At the end of the contest, the judges determine who’s slaps were more accurate/damaging, however, when a fighter receives a penalty, the slap from that round does not earn a point. If fighter A lands 10 clean shots, and fighter B was penalized and lost a turn, then he/she may have only earned nine points. This is a factor. It is also a factor if one of the competitors was knocked down, or shows visible signs of damage from the match. The judges scorecards give the competitors the opportunity to earn one point per round, by winning the round. At the end of the match, the fighter with the most points is the winner.

Lightweight match up, one competitor is 150lbs, the other is 183lbs.🤣

This is a catchweight fight. Typically the middleweight division requires fighters to weigh under 180 and above 150. (It is not out of the ordinary for a weight class to span 30lbs.)
