Is it just me or did Nodus and Raven just totally knock it out the park with this one. Such a cool watch and I love the colour scheme with this one. Killer review brother.

They knocked it out of the park. I think I would have liked it better in a slightly different color DLC, but that is a very minor complaint!

Huge fan of this watch. Really hope for a gen2 with tweaks, personally, for me the hands/markers dont all seem to follow the same design language. Maybe the hands are too thin, and the GMT looks a little odd. Still want one!

I like it quite a lot, but I'm not crazy about the choice of a boxed sapphire crystal. I think flat or slightly domed would have fit better with the aesthetic.

"True" GMT is a definite misnomer. All GMT's are "true" if they display 2 timezones. Try using "Traveler" or "Flyer" GMT instead, more accurate! P.S. I got one of the first batch of Trailtrekkers and absoluteyl love it! Nearly perfect! BTW - I own 3 of the 4 GMTs you mentioned (Nodus, Traska, and Gavox) so thanks for repping my choices!

@JustWatches1 I love the Gavox, the design is a bit more unique and the dial is gorgeous! I have the onyx dial and it's one of my favorite watches.

Two very good American brands, designing a very interesting and quite "stealthy" watch. Rugged, functional, well build, a watch to serve and last long. Not all elements are in my like, but i can understand why it was like so. (as i say, may not be my style, but it's "right")

I'm surprised to see that the female endlink isnt fully articulating, leading to that longer "true" lug to lug. Is the endlink a faux female one? If so, seems like a design flaw.

I think it has something to do with the quick release mechanism.
