On July 5, 2009, the Legal Cell for Human Rights (LCHR) trained about 50 young adults in various legal matters, including "The Right to Information Act, 2005," criminal procedure, and due process. These young adults were participating in a one-month leadership training called "YouthBuild" through the Salesians' Don Bosco Institute in Guwahati, India. Ravi Sagar, LCHR's executive director, is a Jesuit priest and an advocate in the High Court of Guwahati.
