This is artistry in motion...a favorite of mine. This gymnast/contortionist is so fluid, flexible, and strong and has a team that did an amazing job with choreography and the music and costume...bravo!

not only is her flexibility out of this world, so is her strength. While bodybuilders boast massive but mostly athletically useless muscles, her strength is infinitely more applicable to everyday performance. Such strength and control in one arm handstands and also her press to handstands are amazing.

This is astonishing. Her back and her hand balancing are both equally incredible. Not to mention, impeccable expression and musicality. This is very, very inspiring. Anastasiya is everything one could hope for from a physical artist. This piece has flawless lines, control, poise, expressiveness, and great choreography, all with the appearance of effortlessness.

If I didn't know I had a totally amazing, almighty Creator I would think this was fabricated but I know He has created some of us with some totally amazing talents. Why can't we just enjoy our own little piece of this world and leave everyone else alone.
