@@itskoasmith Aloha Koa, just saw a report on Khon news that some North Shore homeowners are being fined by the government $1 million because they refused (rightfullly so) remove their cloth protection from beach errosion. PLEASE look up under the "Freedom of information act" how obama got his permit to build a massive sea wall to protect his massive new built massion on Oahu. He tore down the old massion & all the vegetation on his property then buid a massive massion & sea wall. also under the "Freedom of information act" (look up this is where the govt must answer your question I think within 2 weeks but, cant remember) ask the permit office, mayor, governor what are you allowed to do to protect your property. meaning they have to provide an answer to what you are legally allowed to do to protect your home from falling into the sea. If obama was granted a permit or never pulled a permit and they refuse to give the North Shore homeowners the right to build a sea wall SUE the government for discrimination or something else. This means they have to do their due diligence to come up with a plan for all the home owes. SHame on this govt for not working with all of you to help protect your homes & beach front property. Also, see if you can put down massive lava boulders on the beach area to protect your property. They have allowed this option in other beach communities (I think on the North shore too) to protect your property. Check also if you own the sand to the tide line. which would mean that your land extends further then you think. Good luck to you & your beach front neighbors. Aloha
