9 things to quit for all Strong Men: 1. Caring about what others think 2. Not believing in yourself 3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life & business) 4. Not prioritizing your health 5. Wasting your precious time 6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it) 7. Chasing meaningless relationships 8. Wasting time by scrolling social media 9. Quitting addictions for good (if you have any - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!) 🚀 Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list 💯☝

Six ways to stop caring: 1. Stop over investing in other people. 2. learn to say 'NO' 3. Don't be judgemental. 4. Disregard the opinion of other people. 5. Work on your self confidence. 6. Define what success means to you. Thank you again of one more inspiring n powerful video. Love all your contents.

If you feel betrayed, there's only 2 reasons for that: 1. You're being immature, whiny, and possibly neurotic. 2. Someone has wronged you and you haven't done anything about it yet. Either way, it's on you to fix it, not on anyone else.

After learning how to negotiate from a book called never split the difference.. I learned that it's useless to argue with people who have different understanding of the world because they will be more focused on defending their values.. Another reason is that, if you end up being right through success, they will question their own values and priorities.. Because they have a scarcity mindset, they will hate you for your own success.

This is how I turned my life around. 1: Exercise regularly. I do Judo and Muay Thai and I even competed. This gives me incredible amount of confidence. Invest time and energy learning fight sports. Learn the history behind these arts. Learn different techniques. Practice. This will make you stronger mentally and physically. 2: Get rid of your bad habits. Things such as videogames, porn, illicit drugs, alcohol. These will give you depression and lack of confidence. Get rid of them immediately. As a replacement to these I suggest reading. Reading about anything you find interesting and if you do not like reading, alternatively you can watch documentaries. Educate yourself. 3: Never think of yourself in a negative light. Never put yourself down. Even when you make a mistake, know that you are learning and improving everyday. I will leave you with this quote from Epictetus. "Dedicate the rest of your life making progress".

This kind of information is useless if you're messed up or broken inside. If you're in the journey of self development you must first know that self love is the first path that is this first step that you listened to this however, a tower is weak without it's foundation just like how you wanna build yourself. So how about I recommend you listening to a Ted talk "The 5 hindrances to self-mastery." This way you'll empty a cup that's already full (metaphorically speaking about your mind and it's beliefs). So long brother! 👋

You must think of everything as "how does this benefit me". If it has no benefits or puts you in a bad spot, don't waste your time. Time is the most precious resource you have and that is what everyone wants to take from you. Examples are debating or arguing...what will the outcome be? Can I change their minds..most likely not when you understand 99.9% of the pop are already set and won't change. Can you at least learn something from it, you may but you might also create animosity. You'll find that most arguments are over the most trivial thing that really doesn't matter.

That was very informative and I did a mental checklist and I am practicing what this video was proclaiming when I'm in a relationship or dating seriously I left my feelings goes but so far I stay focused on self as well I found out through the years women can be distracting not on purpose but yet distracting is easy to stop doing the positive things in your life that are directed towards you and start spending more time with the other person and stop doing what you needed to do to stay on point I never loved 100%. It sounds cruel but you must give your emotions protection there's an old saying that says it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all 🙏👍😎💪☀️🇺🇲

Being a man A man’s growth is unmatched. Masculinity isn’t given too the weak, but earned subconsciously. That’s why it’s said may the weak say they are strong so the senses of strength are being peaked. It is a journey. Not one that should be easy, the most successful had never made it on easy mode. Femininity submits to the true masculine. A man must put himself through trials, for him to be the man. Avoiding your problems will only keep you stagnant. Learn where you are weak and challenge it. Take it full on. Keep your growth silent. Peace of mind should be your goal.

When i want advice from people, i ask and only listen to the opinions of people who matter to me and evaluate the given information. Sometimes the give their opinions without asking me first. Then it depends. If it is about common sense like "you should not eat the same food everyday" i take it serious and listen and then reevaluate. Also i take it serious when it is something they have knowledge and experience about, and when they care about you and are well intentioned. But when they do not have knowledge about a certain topic and give advice without me asking them, i do not listen to them. there is no reason to get a opinion about a topic from someone when the person has no clue about it. Most time the intention is not good and they act like Jesters and try to sabotage you out of envy and frustation. So i do care about the opinions of people that are important for me but i'm not dependent on them.
