Ive never tried them by just dipping them.. i usually let the raw shrimp cook in the lemon with chile and i add the onion in there with the cucumber and i also add mayo on my tostadas🤤🤤

OK I come from a black household apparently & im dying laughing right now because my folks used to always scream and tell me that when I fry shrimp they're never fully cooked & that if we eat raw shrimp we will DIE. this looks too fire, I’m making this later in the week, tip: Costco and Sam’s club have some of the freshest sea Food. As long as you get fish that’s “farm raised” you don’t run the risk of parasites as you would with wild caught. They’re constantly pushing product you don’t have to worry about it not being fresh. Google it :)

Yeah my mom always made it cooked in lime. But throughout the years all the marisco places I go to make them raw and just pour the sauce on once you order. I love it like that.😋

Angie Valencia This is the way I eat boo. I don’t recommend anyone to eat it. Even the marisco places I go to don’t “cook” it in the lime. They plate it raw and pour the sauce on top and serve it.🤤🤣

It's said that eating raw shrimp can cause food poisoning.... I don't understand how you don't get sick. I know it eatable when it's marinated in lime or Lemon juice, but you didn't have it sitting long enough for that.

So In love thats not true. Parasites live in a lot of raw animal flesh. If you want to eat raw fish, it needs to be sushi grade because it’s been flash frozen to a certain temp to kill the parasites.
