I needed this fr, I been a pump chaser the past year thru my journey and seen wicked progress but I have noticed at times I let my form lack. Never again 💯 good form + good contraction + progressive overload = GOAT

It’s been shown that muscle cells DO have a “pressure sensor” for lack of a better word & the🩸pump in & of itself has some growth stimulating effect (%🤷‍♂️🧐). Performance, mirror, scale should be your main gauges, & pump does seem to reflect metabolic health, drugs effectiveness, acute exercise accuracy etc. fairly & maybe uniquely well 😊

Noice video, I think he meant intramuscular (on the per fibre level) tension- not “force”.
