Shame about the quality in these older commercials. Would’ve been a great time to restore the original footage and have them available in the best quality for the first time

I appreciate that there’s now a better streaming quality for this at the very least. But yes … remastering the source would have been the way to do it. I guess they lost them?

@@hawknet9933Pepsi probably doesn’t have time to find old film reels and remaster them. Nor do they see that as a good way to spend money.

Plus they skip a few seconds ahead when they launch into the chorus right after 0:30 ---a genuine injustice to an indelible work of advertising

Do You Remember This? I remember when this commercial was airing in 1991, and when I opened the cooler door to select a cool, refreshing Pepsi at my local convenience store .....a recording would play a snippet from this Pepsi jingle.." You got the right one baby! Uh-uh!" every time the cooler door was opened in the Pepsi section.

I remember that I was five-a-half (I was turned six on December the Ninth) and my mom was pregnant with her second child/my Dad 's fifth child (my middle brother. Smart choice of song, considering that Charles is blind. The lyrics seem to imply that without even looking one can recognise the "right one" by sound, taste and feel, that one can always differentiate Pepsi from the rest
