Anybody that can do some sort of left hand pizzicato on a violin is already amazing. There no shame in it even if you make some mistakes or if it sounded a little off.

Sure, Erhu can do left-hand Pizzicato~~~sometimes even as complex and as difficult as it on the violin. Btw, I live in Shanghai and hope you can soon find an opptunity to give a concert or recital here! It would be awesome.

Ray, buddy, how did you not know you can do Pizzicato on an Erhu? One of the most well known Erhu pieces uses Pizzicato. And there is an Erhu player who played Paganini Caprice No 24 and did left hand Pizzicato. P.S. I love you!
