Ray, born in Ireland, lives in Peru with his wife, Ana María and their two children and his lively dog.
Ray calls themselves a Celt-Inka family.
They have lived with Ray’s Parkinson’s for over 11 years. This video captures just a little of his story. Ray says “Some days are good, some days are bad….”. He found unexpected encouragement when he 'came out' about his diagnosis.

Ray and Ana Maria found Christine (Director) because of her World Parkinson's Congress video “Handstand for Parkinson's”. They reached out to her because they both lived in Peru and became friends.
Christine had always hoped to tell a Peruvian story for the WPC but COVID changed the dynamics and it became a story from Peru with an Irish Peruvian.
Christine visited them in Lima and Jacoby Codina filmed the interviews with Christine
