I got a breast lift with implants. By day 5 I was good. I don’t like taking meds either. I only took a pain killer for first two days. Took tynenol after. First few days I slept a lot. I could not sleep in bed until two weeks after. I slept on a recliner with a neck pillow. It did feel like a truck was on my chest. Bring a pillow for the ride as when I had to sneeze, cough or laugh it helped when I squeezed (hug it) so you don’t hurt yourself because I did and I felt like something teared(just felt like a burning sensation). Just some tips.

Hello guys! Just a few tips: I never used scar cream and my scars pretty much disappeared. Especially if you're doing it around the nipples, it'll clear on its own! I was out and about in 2 days, just had to sleep sitting up. I hated the pain meds as it made me super emotional and gave me derealization. No lifting, hands over your head, etc. Make sure you eat, drink liquids! My mom actually helped me shower for a few days to wash my hair. Other than that, it was easy peasy!

Wishing you a speedy and nice recovery Rayleen! I do hear it is a breeze compared to bbl's. The downtime is def not as long and the limitations. I hear girls back to normal within two -three days. MY coworker got hers done Friday and she was back at work Monday and she just said it feels sore, like as if you did a rigorous chest workout haha idk, but that's something I wanna do. I came close to it but never went through with it haha
