Two things I speculate: 1. I think Rayleigh’s bounty is probably in the 3 billions, and I think it’s because of that Dark King epithet implies, saying he rules in the shadow of Roger. No other first mate is called a king (besides King, but that’s his name), so I think implying he’s on the same level of power as an Emperor isn’t too far-fetched. 2. My headcanon is that Shakky and Rayleigh are married, but they’re pretty old, so they aren’t having sex and are just enjoying the other’s company in their twilight years.

Oda doesn’t like bringing dead characters back to life, basically any theory about gol.d roger and oden being alive isn’t possible since they both got killed in public in front of everyone with no possible way of coming back

Rayleigh's bounty is probably on par with Roger's bounty before his death. Considering the entire Roger pirates crew were disbanded before Roger gave himself up to the Navy I wouldn't be surprised if the navy upped each of their bounties to try to complete the capture of the whole crew. Given Rayleigh's status as Roger's right hand man (more or less) and probably being the most dangerous pirate out there at the moment since he was a part of the Roger Pirates, knows about the One Piece, and has trained Luffy, I could see them giving him a bounty in a similar price range as Roger's.

Another lesser known fun fact is that Rayleigh became a swordsman of seemingly endless skill after hitting the subscribe button and clicking the bell icon so he could keep up to date with every new GrandLineReview video and update his sword style accordingly

When you really think about it, any encounter between two human beings is, at its core, coincidental, or "lucky". So you could refer to Rayleigh and Shaki as "luck buddies".

Rayleigh and Sengokus shift of personality, might just be a result of circumstance, rather than Oda deciding his characters to be different. Suddenly having far less responsibilities and age makes people a lot more chill. Although in all honesty I can also imagine that Oda really just changed his mind and it somehow works out, because there are actually logical reasons.

Maybe it's just me but I see Reyleigh's bounty being close to 3B. He's got alot going for him that the WG would fear. He's incredibly powerful, a master of haki, an excellent teacher of said haki, he was the right hand of Roger, he was present on God Valley. And probably most importantly he knows the true history of the world. That alone should make him one of the most wanted people in the world. Course the WG doesn't seem to properly address their fears about that with how low they have valued Robin's bounty. Considering it's the most well kept secret in the world and they're willing to kill any who even try to ask what happened 800 years ago then anyone who actually knows for sure should be on top of their list.

Have you ever noticed the structure of Red Port and compared it to Dressrosa, which is the world in a nutshell basically? Doflamingo, a Celestial Dragon, rules over oblivious citizens from atop, lets them forget about crucial things in their lives, and operates a secret harbor based on slavery. Then, at Red Port, the elevators are operated by slaves, the Celestial Dragons rule on top, and so on and so forth. However, there is, blatantly visible, a door in the Red Line instead of a secret entrance to a harbor. What is inside, then? What if this door is the real entrance to the One Piece or Laugh Tale because the Red Line itself is hollow? I've never bought into the idea that an Ancient Weapon can actually change the world - in all seriousness, what kind of battleship would you need, how big does it have to be, how structural deficient, then, to be able to terrorize the world? So what if you need the battleship to open up a path (i.e. the door at Red Port), which otherwise could not be opened (giant gate), and you needed another (Sea Kings) one to navigate through the dangers awaiting inside the Red Line? I've briefed through a couple of chapters in order to connect some dots, get some evidence to support it, and if you're interested, I could try to send you a draft, giving clear reference for what I have only touched upon now. One of my favourite things with Reyliegh that I think people forget is that Garp was like ‘the Navy does not have the recourses to take down 2 legends’ referring to him and Whitebeard like 2 weeks before Marineford. Implying that on his own he would at least be able to stand up to a heavy attack from the Navy.

Hey Liam, your contents are awesome. I thought of a theory about black beards duel wielding devil fruit power. You remember that one scene in thriller bark Kuma(who is a devil fruit use of his own) used Kizarus laser power while fighting zoro and in sabaody X.Drake conformed that it was due to Doctor Vegapunk's experiment and with this same experiment Franky was also able to use it. But the point is maybe Dr. Vegapunk may have already found a way to make kuma use 2 devil fruit at a time(this may also be the reason why kuma turned into a cyborg). What if Blackbeard came to know about this experiment of vegapunk and stole it to use for his favour with the help of his cremates to wield two devil fruits. Ya this theory has some loop hole, but this is my assumption based on a statement (G)ODA stated in a interview "A certain someone will appear after the wano arc who will explain about the work of the devil fruit and its power".
