with everyone tuned in online multiplayer we have forgotten that originally any two player game was meant to have human interaction I.e. having all players in the same room but online multiplayer killed the whole physical interaction of multiplayer gaming so that's why being a couch co op is a con instead of a pro

it's true but I think it should have gone the Nintendo route and allow you to play with fellow friends online if they can't come. couch multiplayer is still great though

I was planning on playing with a friend, but now I'm a little disappointed it doesn't have the online. It's a 9.5. I greatly enjoy it, but my personal verdict would be a 9. It's a great game with tons of content and exciting levels but I don't think it's quite a 10.

DoodleSlayer most of the time they give a low score for valid reasons from what i've seen. people on youtube just looove getting into bandwagons. especially on making fun of something. then there's those people who like a game, search for a review of it and ign review pops up first, low score, you get the picture

Can't wait to get further into this game. The music is absolutely enchanting, and I thought that before I found out about the music levels haha. It's just unfortunate that I suck so much at platformers now haha. I'm not as young as I used to be!

Odum Abekah I literally just played my first music level and loved every second, Castle Rock I think it was called. Wow no wonder this game got 9.5! Can't believe how many levels there are in this game and for free, I'm so impressed.

They gave 10/10 to Uncharted 2 : Among Thieves when it came out...which I have played and would give around a 8,8 - 9,0 ,but definetly not a 10/10....

Josh Longley GTA 5 deserved it, Last of Us (ive heard) was amazing so 10 is fine, but I dont see Uncharted being that good. I remember IGN Editors making fun of the Uncharted reviewer in a Game Scoop :P

Rules or not, nothing is ever perfect. They make exceptions to that, but really a perfect game has never (and will never) be created, so it's totally acceptable to not give 10/10. Also, did you pay attention to what they said? He DID have two things he complained about. That has to be reflected in the final score. You can't just say "I dislike these two things, but it's perfect"... that's impossible.

Because you can control Murfy more precisely using the touch screen as opposed to having to move your character to change Murfy's position (which is still fun but more challenging).

Don't purchase this game, with such a ridiculous high score, its honestly not worth your attention or time. Do yourself a favor and buy a run-of-the-mill shooter like CoD: Ghost--way better than Rayman.

Ok first of all yes Rayman Legends is a fantastic game. It is one of the best plat formers I've ever played. Hell, it's one of the reasons I bought a Wii U. But I don't understand your reasoning with The Last of Us. I guess I can see where you are coming from with the generic, because yes the post apocalyptic setting has been overdone. But the characters in the game more than make up for it. I don't see where you are coming from with the ugly though because the game look gorgeous, with the slight framerate drop here and there, but other than that it looked great. I wouldn't call the game necessarily boring. Yes it can get repetitive, but unlike other 3rd person shooters including: Uncharted, Gears of War, etc., don't require any strategy or item management what so ever. All of those games give you ammo and guns out the ass so you never really have to worry. But in The Last of Us, you have to do the exact opposite. You have to be strategic and have good item management. And the technically broken part, I think I had one or two bugs my entire play through, and they were only minor. So I guess a long story short is that I like The Last of Us.

The Last of Us is one of the greatest games of all time. Broken? Wtf. I got into PlayStation because of TLoU. Nintendo fanboy here, and you just made us all look stupid. Congratulations. Dumbass. Nice trolling btw.
