I remember him, her sister, Lea Salonga, et al, promoting sound of music at Student Canteen. He now looks so debonair. Silver hair makes you look old(er) but it gives another level of respectability and still being crushable Thank you Aster for another feel good interview.

Never been a fan of any celebrities but only RL and Aga Muhlach made me a fan of artista. I am happily married for 31 years now and living here in the US for almost 27 years. Raymond was a hearthrob during his bagets days. I always like him and used to watch his concerts with Dawn..... After many years, I saw him in Instagram, I didn't like his white hair but now I realized, this hair is what makes him attractive inspite of his present age.... I still like and enjoy his music till now,hes got such a sweet, husky, make u fall in love voice.

It's because both Raymond and Mia were raised with proper parenting. Both grew up with good breeding, kitang kita naman. With Raymond during his younger years in the entertainment industry makikita mong may proper breeding. Unfortunately, majority ngayon wala nang sense of decency in this industry. Raymond Jude Lauchengco, he was the one for a 16er-me among the Bagets boys🥹I watched all his films 'cept SDAU then (aside from music, I disliked watching local shows, anything) My mom loved reading local showbiz mags and if I was nautusan bumili I always made sure featured siya..I liked him so much coz he's that untouchable, unreachable and so talented, refined, good-guy-son-bro artist who caught my attention. Bagets did that and no turning back still. I'm no diehard kind of fan but I knew all about Raymond, his written life, that is. Still a fan here, of the person he is now, my unreachable star. So it's you, then and now.

Didn't know na si Sharon Cuneta ang nkadiscover sa knya sa showbiz. Ito po ba ung time ng Bukas Luluhod ang mga Tala kung saan he played the brother of Sharon? Medyo hindi ko n.po ma remember, mas nauna ang movie n un kesa Bagets po ano? Basta panahon din ng kabataan ko noong kasikatan nya. He sang the song Saan Darating ang Umaga for the movie with the same title starred by Nida Blanca, Nestor de Villa, Maricel Soriano, Raymond Lauchengco himself and Jaypee de Guzman. It 's a very interesting movie. It's a tragedy so I cried a river. Only today ,thru Google, I found out that we have exactly the same birthday . Amazing!
