I don’t know the specifics but generally speaking these Master Planned Communities attract businesses to open nearby. I would bet this area will be drastically different in a couple of years. Do you live nearby?

I’ve had people ask about it but never really not move there because of it. Have you looked in Arden?

@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA We looked there today... unfortunately, like you said, before seeing your video. It was kind of off putting seeing the smokestacks from various places in the community. One of the homes we toured had the high tension power lines right in the backyard. As both a cancer survivor and new father the emissions is concerning! Especially reading it's the largest natural gas plant in the country
