Raz B on Allegations Against Chris Stokes, Doesn't Consider Himself a Gay Man (Flashback)

In this flashback clip from last year, Raz B spoke to VladTV about what life on the road was like with B2K, saying that although they had their fun, they weren't "knocking everything down" with respect to their predominately female fanbase. From there, he also briefly touches on the accusations he's made against Chris Stokes, the previous manager of B2K who's been accused of molestation over the last decade. Meanwhile, this flashback coincides with today's news that Raz B has left the B2K reunion tour, while citing concerns of his safety due to Stokes alleged involvement.

@@SonorousSilence It is disrespectful to ask in a public platform. Amongst friends, loved ones, there's a better way to bring up the question. You are right. Childhood sexual abuse, especially incest, can contribute to a person "acting out their abuse". They do that often enough, like engaging in gay behavior in their teens or being further victimized during critical periods of development (4-8 yo, puberty), then their sexual abuse can become their sexuality. They're still straight at their core, but they're in a constant cycle of repeating what happened to them through engaging in gay behavior. As far as what everyone can see, that dude or chick are gay. Very sad.

a lot of people wanna assume you must have liked it if it happened more than once and you didn't do anything about it. It's ignorance for sure. When he said "when you never felt those emotions before you don't know what you're going to do." - that ish was hella true. It's easy to knock a predator out when they grab you in the club but it's a lot harder when it's someone you know, trust, you don't have someone to talk to and are young.

I don’t know if the accusations are true since there is nothing that can prove anything yet or never but who says you can’t be gay and a minor. Minor can be referred to someone as old as 17 lol. You can pretty much tell you are gay by the time you’ve hit puberty. Maybe he is maybe he isn’t.. it doesn’t matter at the end, it’s his business

Raz B is a beautiful young man. I feel for him trying to keep his feet a float and stand firm. We all know and heard how a lot of shady things been going on in the music Industry. This young man isnt lying. But I'm very sure its humiliating and embarrassing to talk about for the whole group and the manager more than likely not going to admit to it. So people like this man questioning Raz B .trying to get information from him over looking Raz B. trying to move forward with his career still was digging for information he really already know! RAZ B. held his own respectfully to his group all involved. I'm sorry this happened to him and the group, the manager they had definitely took advantage of there innocence. I hope and pray Justice will be done in this matter. You can grow older but those scares still there.

It shouldn’t matter if you’re gay or straight, It’s abuse if you’re forced to do something against your will. He thought his career would be ruined if he resisted. Its not fr when youve been through it. I was molested by a family member when I was 8. And I can recall asking myself if I was gay cause what happened multiple times from the age of like 10-13. Its a mental thing. Going thru trauma at such a young age has some real affects. But I aint shamed. Ik theres nothing I couldve done to fight back. And that man has to live with what he did to me, the same way I gotta live with it.
