Razer Kishi v2 Review | Best iPhon Mobile Gaming Controller, after trying out the controller I came to decision of whether or no it was worth the purchase. I got the v2 for my iPhone 14 Pro Max with the black thin leather case by Apple. Works great!! Works perfectly with Apple Arcade!

Sameee but I have an 8 plus in red and the kishi v2 is way better then the backbone to me the new gamevice flex looks to big

Whenever people insert their phones lightning port first with the Kishi v2 or Backbone One I always get icked. You could damage the lightning port doing that, because the phone is gonna be angled when you insert it, no? I find it much better to extend the controller first, put the phone a little bit to the left side, align the port then slide it close. Anyways great video!

I totally agree with you I also feel that with extended use either you can damage your lighting port or damage the lighting connector on the controller. The gamesir controller offers a connector that tilts at a slight angle to allow the phone to connect more naturally. Thank you for the positive feedback. 🙏🏼👊🏼

I tried the V2 today. I bought an Apple Silicone case to go with it. I found that while using the V2 with the case, I would get a lot of disconnects just by moving the right side of the V2 ever so slightly. Did you have this issue at all?

Thank you so much and welcome to the DLG Fam!! Your right there isn’t much of a difference aside from the app and a few cosmetic or functional areas. Other than that from far away they are hard to tell apart. 🙏🏼👊🏼

I did get use to them since I’ve use the backbone and they share a similar experience with the joysticks. Although I really like the joysticks on the v1 Kishi.

@@DadLifeGaming I like it a lot, I’ve been playing a lot of apex mobile and T3 Arenas. I use it with my IPhone 11 and it’s not too bad, but I like the build on the second one better. It’s closer to the backbone which I wanted but couldn’t afford at the time.

There was a Firmware update at one point on the V1. My only gripe is lack of iPhone 14 support across the market for controllers. If someone can confirm how well this fits with a iPhone 14 Pro that would be awesome. Looking at how your 13 fits.......uhg.

I feel that Razer should have held off on releasing this version of the Kishi until the iPhone 14 was released that way there is a compatible controller. The camera bump on the iPhone 14 pro max is a lot more prominent from the 13 Pro max. my camera lens already hits that back plastic when not using the case. That means that the iPhone 14's camera will hit that back plastic and with more pressure on it.

@@DadLifeGaming so I currently have the V1 and today I decided to get surgical a bit. I took the rubber adapter and cut it a bit with a razer blade to conform around the bigger Camera area......guess what.....fits like a damn charm now! snug fit with no issues.
